Abdi has particular experience of acting and advising on different acquisition and disposal strategies, including option agreements, conditional contracts and back-to-back deals.
My extensive experience in acting for both landowners and developers helps me to understand the needs and practical risks on both sides of the transaction. This enables me to take a balanced approach and to find pragmatic solutions to get the deal done. I take pride in providing timely, practical and tailored advice in an easy to understand way.
Examples of his work include:

- Investigating and obtaining the removal of a restrictive covenant which would have otherwise, if enforced, blighted development.
