Adele is the Financial Controller at Harper James. She is responsible for day-to-day financial operations, financial reporting & controls, audit management and client account oversight.
Before joining Harper James, Adele built a career in financial audit with a specialist focus on the legal sector, developing a thorough understanding of Solicitors Accounts Rules and the particular compliance demands of law firms. That background gives her a strong technical foundation and a practical appreciation for how finance operates within a professional services environment.
Outside of work, Adele has been a Manchester City season ticket holder for 25 years, loves music, festivals and travel. She enjoys weekends away in her campervan with her two children.
