Anika is a Senior Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, advising businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes. Since qualifying in 2017, she has supported clients on matters including contractual disputes, debt recovery, shareholder disputes and director disputes.
Anika has worked on claims ranging from small claims matters to complex, high-value disputes in the High Court. She also has experience advising on construction disputes, including adjudications and the enforcement of adjudication decisions.
Her background includes assisting on high-value multi-track High Court litigation, managing disputes involving breach of contract, breach of personal guarantees and shareholder disagreements, and advising on construction issues such as incomplete works, unpaid sums and disputes over workmanship.
Outside work, Anika enjoys spending time with her young son, especially taking him to football and swimming.
