Asim Faraz rejoined Harper James as a corporate solicitor after previously working with us as a legal assistant in 2022. He qualified as a solicitor in September 2025 after undertaking a training contract at Higgs LLP.
During his training contract, Asim assisted the corporate team on several deals on both buy-side and sell-side, including high value deals exceeding £10m. Asim now supports clients on a range of corporate matters, particularly M&A deals.
Before rejoining Harper James, Asim studied LLB Law at Coventry University, achieving First Class Honours, before completing the LPC LLM at the University of Law in Birmingham with a distinction.
Outside of work, Asim is a keen sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about football and cricket, both of which he has played since a young age.
