Junior Developer
As a Junior Developer, Beatrice collaborates closely with the product team to develop both the frontend UI/UX and backend APIs for our digital platform. She assists in system integrations, database management, and explores AI solutions.
Before joining Harper James, Beatrice embarked on a career transition from pharmacy to technology. She achieved this through intensive training in a software development bootcamp, which paved the way for her initial tech role as a Junior Database and Reporting Administrator at the NEC Group.
Outside of work, Beatrice enjoys staying active through ice-skating and workouts, finding balance by spending time in nature.
