Claire is a senior paralegal in our IP and brand protection team, where she manages the day-to-day administration of UK, EU and International trade mark portfolios, including applications, renewals and recordals.
Claire works with clients ranging from small businesses to larger organisations, helping to ensure that trade mark deadlines are met and portfolio records remain accurate and up to date. Claire also supports clients throughout the trade mark lifecycle, from assisting with clearance searches and filing applications through to registration, monitoring and the renewal of trade marks worldwide.
Before joining Harper James, Claire spent 26 years at Blake Morgan Solicitors. During this time, she quailed as a CITMA Paralegal and was appointed Trade Mark Manager in 2018, supporting the Partner and Legal Director within the intellectual property team.
