With over 20 years’ experience in technology and leadership, he brings a wealth of knowledge to Harper James. Craig's previous role as Director of Software Development at eTech Solutions was a turning point, where he expanded the team significantly and implemented agile practices. As CTO at TelXL Limited, he led the team through a major transformation, including the migration of legacy systems to modern technologies and the introduction of cloud-based solutions.
During Craig's tenure as CTO at CoreLogic UK, he was responsible for integrating and deploying a surveying platform in the USA, which significantly improved efficiency and accuracy. His expertise in cloud migration, software development, and team management is a testament to his ability to lead technological advancements and support Harper James' mission to provide innovative and efficient legal services.
Outside of work, Craig has a large family and between himself and his wife, they have nine children and two grandchildren. He is a keen football fan and season ticket holder and goes to watch the matches each week with his youngest son and friends. His passion is technology and he enjoys working on his home office setup with custom-built computers and servers.
