Dan is a Business Development Manager at Harper James, focusing on inbound sales and building strong, long-term client relationships. He works closely with senior leaders and C-suite decision-makers to understand their commercial priorities and connect them with the right legal support to help achieve their business goals.
Dan graduated from the University of Plymouth with a degree in Construction Management, with a particular focus on Construction Law.
He began his career in education recruitment, progressing from Recruitment Consultant to Divisional Manager over five years and developing strong experience in sales, business development and client relationship management.
Dan later joined BT as a Business Development Manager, working with organisations ranging from SMEs to multi-billion-pound enterprises and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Outside of work, Dan is a keen rugby fan. After 20 years playing in the front row, he is now Club Captain of Gordano RFC, supporting the club’s senior and colts teams. He recently got married, enjoys travelling with his wife and hopes to complete a marathon in the future.
