Ben is a dual-qualified solicitor and Chartered Trade Mark Attorney (qualifying in 2016) and assists clients with trade mark clearance searching, brand strategy and world wide trade mark protection as well as dealing with a range of intellectual property disputes and litigation.
Ed joins our commercial team and specialises in IT, IP and general technology related contracts, but can also advise on a range of commercial matters.
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2017 at top-50 law firm Blake Morgan LLP before working in the brand protection team at Marks & Clerk Law LLP. Elizabeth has more recently worked in-house for the brand licensing team at International Management Group before joining Harper James in 2024.
Emily is a senior intellectual property solicitor at Harper James Solicitors. She advises on and litigates the full spectrum of IP rights.
Gemma advises primarily on trade mark protection, and she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Imogen's experience extends across a range of clients, from disruptive start-ups and research-intensive universities to innovative technology and FTSE 100 companies. Before joining Harper James her career includes time at Shakespeare Martineau and Shoosmiths LLP.
Jill has specialised in intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, brand and reputation management for over 20 years, having qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Prior to joining Harper James she was a Partner with Blake Morgan who she joined in 1999.
Having previously worked at top 50 firm, Walker Morris, Lindsay specialises in IP strategy, dispute resolution and IP exploitation.
Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2019 at top-50 firm Blake Morgan. Nicola first joined Blake Morgan as a paralegal in 2014 and continued at the firm for nine years before joining Harper James.
