El is HR officer at Harper James, supporting the wider People team across the employee lifecycle and helping to create a positive, well-organised employee experience.
Her role includes payroll support, HR coordination, employee relations, HR reporting, process improvements, and learning and development initiatives.
El brings more than seven years of HR experience and is CIPD Level 5 qualified. Her background spans generalist HR, employee relations, recruitment, and learning and development, giving her a broad understanding of the different areas that contribute to an effective People function.
She takes a practical and supportive approach to HR, helping ensure processes run smoothly while supporting colleagues and the wider business as it grows.
Outside work, family and food are a big part of El’s life, reflecting her Greek Cypriot heritage. She also enjoys reading, spending time with her family and keeping active.
