Client Operations Manager
Eve is Client Operations Manager at Harper James, responsible for the experience clients have at each stage of their journey. She works closely with teams across the business to ensure onboarding and ongoing support are delivered clearly, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
Since joining Harper James in 2022, Eve has played a key role in developing the systems and processes that support both clients and colleagues, contributing to improvements in workflows, service standards and internal operations.
Eve holds an MBA and a BA (Hons) in Economics from Sheffield Hallam University. Before moving into legal services, she worked in hospitality and procurement, building experience in service delivery, process improvement and stakeholder management. Eve is currently completing a Business Analyst apprenticeship.
Outside work, Eve enjoys reading and has a keen interest in music, dance and sport.
