Farah is a Client Onboarding Executive at Harper James, supporting businesses as they begin their journey with the firm and ensuring a smooth, compliant onboarding process.
Before joining Harper James, Farah worked as a Compliance Manager within the education recruitment sector, where she gained over three years’ experience. During this time, she developed a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and candidate vetting and is also trained as a Designated Safeguarding Officer.
Outside of work, Farah enjoys keeping active and regularly goes to the gym. She also has a passion for baking and is an enthusiastic vintage clothes shopper, making the most of Sheffield’s thriving vintage scene.
