Frances is our Recruitment Resourcer, working closely with Leah and Layla in finding potential candidates for open roles across the business.
Before joining Harper James, Frances started her career in recruitment after obtaining a degree in Psychology from Leeds Beckett University. She went on to specialise in the international education sector, where she developed a strong foundation in talent sourcing and creating positive candidate experiences.
Outside of work, Frances enjoys being with her friends and family and can be often found in the kitchen baking! Frances enjoys being out in nature and keeping fit in the gym.
