Business Development Manager
Freddie is a Business Development Manager at Harper James focusing on inbound sales activity, fostering close relationships with new clients and key stakeholders.
After achieving a 2:1 degree in Marketing at Sheffield Hallam University, Freddie has held several commercial sales roles giving him a robust understanding of the sales process and catering to his clients' unique needs.
More recently, he transitioned into the world of recruitment, specialising in medical and scientific fields. Here, Freddie established deep connections with clients and provided comprehensive recruitment solutions, from consultation and market insights, to the successful placement of candidates.
Outside of work, Freddie is an avid rugby player, loves to travel with his wife, and getting outdoors with his Labradoodle, Bear. He also loves learning (but never mastering!) new skills, currently trying his hand at golf, photography and aerial drone videography.
