Hannah is a highly experienced commercial, IP and technology lawyer. She trained at Magic Circle firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where she spent 12 years advising on a broad range of commercial, intellectual property, technology and corporate matters.
During her time at Freshfields, Hannah also gained valuable in-house experience through secondments to Reuters Group PLC (now Thomson Reuters Corporation) and Lloyds Banking Group PLC. In these roles, she worked closely with business leaders on commercial contracts and M&A transactions, giving her a strong understanding of how legal advice needs to operate in practice.
Hannah advises on the full spectrum of commercial and intellectual property matters across multiple sectors. She has extensive experience drafting and negotiating services agreements, including framework agreements, terms of service, and licensing and assignment agreements, as well as advising on franchise arrangements, joint ventures, research collaborations and sales agency agreements. She also supports clients on IP ownership provisions in consultant and employment contracts, carve-out projects, outsourcing arrangements, and the commercial, technology and IP aspects of corporate transactions.
