Her practice spans a wide variety of commercial and civil disputes, including those involving directors and shareholders, partnerships, commercial loans, debt recovery, breach of contract, professional negligence, fraud, financial services, insolvency, and property-related claims.
Holly is known for her clear, commercially grounded advice and her strategic approach to contentious matters. She guides clients through litigation or alternative dispute resolution methods such as mediation, always balancing legal strategy with business needs.
My approach to dispute resolution is rooted in a pragmatic understanding of the commercial realities my clients face. Every client’s situation is unique, and I strive to offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. I believe in being straightforward with clients, ensuring they fully understand their options and the potential risks involved. Whether it’s navigating a complex commercial dispute or advising on an early resolution strategy, my goal is to support clients through the process with clarity and confidence.
