Jen previously worked at S&P Global Limited (formerly IHS Global Limited) for just under 13 years, joining as an Executive Assistant to the VP of Legal and the legal team. After a few years, her role changed to that of a Corporate Paralegal and then eventually Senior Corporate Paralegal.
My main duties were looking after the UK and rest of EMEA entities (circa 300 entities) from a company secretarial point of view dealing with preparing and filing of the forms, shareholder changes and the upkeep of the statutory registers.
Jen will assist the employee share schemes team with all aspects of client matters to support our clients with their ongoing incentive plan requirements. She has been married for nearly 19 years and she has two teenage girls.
We have recently relocated from Woodley in Berkshire to South Wales and we’re loving every bit of it (although not always the weather). At the weekends my husband and I enjoy finding new places to walk our two dogs as we are fortunate enough to have so much green space around us, albeit very hilly!
