Before joining Harper James, Kaitlin spent seven years working in recruitment services, gaining experience across business development, account management and internal talent acquisition. This background has given her a strong understanding of relationship management, communication and the importance of tailoring support to individual needs.
Kaitlin is originally from Canada and has lived and worked across four continents. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, exploring the outdoors and shopping for everything from interiors and clothes to treats for her pets.
