She specialises in private M&A, private equity investments, corporate governance and restructurings – supporting businesses, founders and investors through strategic transactions and periods of growth and change.
Lottie is known for her commercially pragmatic and business-minded approach, with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering commercially focused legal solutions. She regularly advises on transformative and strategic M&A and restructuring projects, working closely with clients to ensure legal advice is integrated into wider transaction planning and project management.
She frequently works alongside founders, senior leadership teams, investors and in-house legal teams providing practical, solution-led legal advice aligned with commercial strategy and risk appetite. Lottie is experienced in advising on transaction strategy, governance matters and legal risk management and her collaborative approach means she often acts as an extension of clients’ teams.
Lottie advises clients across a wide range of sectors including energy, technology, professional services, logistics, and retail. She has particular experience supporting businesses private equity-backed businesses pursuing buy-and-build strategies and international expansion.
Alongside transactional work, Lottie is actively involved in mentoring junior lawyers, and has contributed to legal technology and innovation initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and delivery of legal services. Outside of work, Lottie is a keen cyclist.
