With over 11 years of experience, Mohini brings a wealth of knowledge in quality assurance processes and methodologies. During her tenure at Covetrus, UK, she showcased her expertise by testing a wide range of veterinary practice management software products. Her advocacy for superior software led to the implementation of innovative testing processes, products, and team Agile methodologies. Notably, she introduced automation techniques that significantly reduced testing cycles.
Mohini served as an Application Development team lead at Accenture, India. There, she led an agile team across EMEA as a Scrum Master, facilitating the team's Agile transformation. Her responsibilities included orchestrating Scrum ceremonies, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring seamless communication between cross-functional teams.
Prior to that, she was a Test Lead at Atem Software, India, Mohini helmed testing activities for a critical life science project. She crafted and executed comprehensive test strategies, managed the test team, and consistently delivered high-quality results.
Over a seven-year period at Marlabs Software and TEKsystems, India, she progressed from Software Tester to Senior Tester. Her journey involved extensive testing of web-enabled cloud printers, spearheading automation initiatives for various workflows, and mentoring junior team members.
Outside of work, Mohini enjoys spending time with her husband and their child. She is an online gamer partnering with her kid, loves listening to music, and has a creative side that shines through in crafting projects using waste materials.
