Sarah Murray

Head of People and Operations

Sarah is our Head of People and Operations. In her dual role, she oversees the strategic development and management of our people as well as the operational efficiencies that keep Harper James moving forward.

Before joining Harper James, Sarah has a diverse background in Operations Management and people functions. She kick started her career in London before settling in the West Midlands and she has worked at notable names like Aldi and Wayfair where most recently she was responsible for Learning and Development within their Global Supply Chain. Sarah is currently studying towards her CIPD Level 7 (and can't wait for it to finish) after previously completing her ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management.

Originating from Northern Ireland, but now settled in Coventry, Sarah enjoys using her National Trust membership to explore the outdoors with her partner, daughter and dog (the cats it seems weren't interested in walks). She's big on philanthropy, most recently sitting on the Board of Directors for a Birmingham based Childcare Charity and has previously been a Police Cadet Leader and a mentor for the Girl's Network.
