Shubhu is an experienced corporate lawyer. Having qualified in 2003, she has worked in private practice for over 15 years, joining us in February 2019. Prior to joining Harper James she worked at Mills & Reeve and before that at Addleshaw Goddard and Slaughter and May.
She advises public and private companies, investment banks, private equity houses and venture capital funds on the full range of corporate transactions. Her present focus is on advising entrepreneurs, growth companies and investors in relation to early-stage fund raisings, shareholder arrangements and mergers and acquisitions.
Shubhu is experienced in a range of sectors:
- Technology, mainly in health
- Life science and healthcare, such as dental practices
- Mining and minerals
