Talitha is a Business Immigration Solicitor in our Employment team. She has over a decade of experience helping businesses navigate the UK immigration system with clarity and confidence.
She advises UK companies on sponsoring overseas talent, transferring employees from international offices, and meeting their ongoing immigration compliance duties. She also supports overseas businesses looking to establish a UK presence and trade in the UK.
Talitha is known for her practical, solutions‑focused approach. She takes time to understand each client’s wider commercial or personal objectives and provides clear, pragmatic advice on the best route forward.
Talitha works with businesses across a wide range of sectors, including technology, finance, engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, education, healthcare and charities.
Her work includes:
- advising UK companies on obtaining and managing Sponsor Licences
- supporting businesses with transferring employees from overseas entities to the UK
- guiding employers through Right to Work checks and ongoing compliance
- assisting overseas businesses with establishing a UK trading presence
- handling a wide range of visa applications, including Skilled Worker, Global Business Mobility, Religious Worker, Creative Worker, Youth Mobility, Government Authorised Exchange, Global Talent, Graduate and Student visas
Outside of work, Talitha enjoys travelling and spending time with her family. She also volunteers with the Sikh Helpline, where she provides immigration advice and support.
