Client Services Manager - Legal Requests
Charlotte joined Harper James in 2023 as a Client Services Manager handling client legal requests.
Having originally qualified as a finance lawyer with Eversheds Sutherland, spending time in both the Leeds and London offices, she later made the move into legal executive search, working with senior lawyers across a range of disciplines.
Following a career break to have her family, Charlotte has pursued a variety of roles, including founding and running her own successful small business.
In her capacity as Client Services Manager, Charlotte’s role is to understand the business needs of our clients, ensuring they receive prompt, personalised legal advice which allows their businesses to grow and flourish. Having spent time during her career as both a lawyer and small business owner, Charlotte feels she is able to empathise with clients and understands many of the issues they face on a daily basis.
Outside of work (when not providing a taxi service for her children) Charlotte likes to stay fit, usually through long walks in the countryside with her family but also weekly classes in the little-known activities of cardio tennis and barre! She is also obsessed with interior magazines and gardening catalogues and dreams of backpacking around the Greek Islands (once her taxi driving days are over).
