Helle joined Harper James in 2021. As a member of the firm's management team, she leads the strategic direction of our marketing and client experience functions, ensuring marketing efforts are seamlessly aligned with the delivery of services to foster a cohesive and exceptional client journey. Helle oversees the execution of marketing campaigns that strengthen our market presence, and she has responsibility for the development of strategies that support our brand growth, lead generation, and client satisfaction and retention.
Helle has 20 years’ experience in legal services marketing. Prior to joining Harper James, she was Head of Marketing & Communication at a top 100 and Best Companies to Work For law firm, where she worked for ten years. Before that, she worked at one of the UK’s leading technology specialist law firms in London for six years. She is a CIM qualified marketing and communications professional with former management experience at Delta Air Lines.
Outside of work, Helle enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and making the most of the Welsh countryside hiking with her husband, children and family dogs. Originally from Denmark, she now lives in South Wales.
