Layla is our Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Assistant, supporting Leah our Head of Talent Acquisitions, to find potential candidates for open positions across all departments.
Previously, Layla worked for a leading Wiltshire law firm, assisting in the day-to-day operations but mostly dealing with the firm's recruitment. During her time there, she learned a great deal about recruiting across different practice areas at all levels, and is now excited to continue this journey at Harper James.
The feeling of successfully placing a candidate in a role they love and which makes a real difference to their life is a really rewarding part of the job.
Outside of work Layla loves being on the beach and tries to get down there as often as she can for a walk, or even just an early morning brew! She also regularly attends the gym. As a big music fan, she admits to having quite an eclectic taste and unwinding at home by listening to music or watching various music documentaries.
