Natalie has developed a reputation for advising clients in relation to complex, high value and multi-jurisdictional construction and commercial disputes, with extensive experience in international arbitration, commercial and criminal litigation, investigations and white-collar crime. More recently Natalie worked in-house for a local authority. Before her career in law, Natalie was a central member of a small start-up company so appreciates the challenges similar businesses face.

Representing two prominent Indian real estate entrepreneurs in an LCIA India arbitration involving claims totalling USD1 billion, relating to several large-scale real estate projects in India, and interests in companies incorporated in the UK, British Virgin Islands and Mauritius. This arbitration, seated in New Delhi, was one of the first arbitrations to be administered by the LCIA India, and the first to proceed to final hearing.
- Representing a prominent Indian real estate entrepreneur in a USD530 million dispute involving parallel proceedings in the London Commercial Court and an LCIA arbitration seated in Singapore.
- Advising a Middle East contractor in relation to a series of disputes and arbitrations arising from the construction of a university in Abu Dhabi.
- Acting for a large African bank in USD300m debt recovery proceedings against a corporate guarantor.
