Shubhu is a corporate lawyer who helps entrepreneurs, growth companies and investors navigate fundraising, shareholder arrangements and mergers and acquisitions.
She qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has spent more than 15 years in private practice, advising businesses and investors on a wide range of corporate transactions.

Earlier in her career, Shubhu advised public and private companies, investment banks, private equity houses and venture capital funds, giving her experience of corporate transactions from both the company and investor perspective.
She has worked across a range of sectors, including technology and health technology, life sciences and healthcare, including dental practices, and mining and minerals.
Before joining Harper James in 2019, Shubhu worked at Mills & Reeve, Addleshaw Goddard and Slaughter and May.
