Apply now

We are looking for an experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to own, develop and optimise our HubSpot platform across the firm. This role is central to how we manage client relationships, support business development, and deliver a consistent and high-quality experience across our entire client lifecycle.

Working closely with the Business Development, Client Operations, Account Management, Marketing, Compliance, Technology and Finance teams, you will ensure HubSpot is configured, adopted and used effectively to support the full client lifecycle, from first enquiry through onboarding, ongoing engagement and billing support.

You will act as the firm’s go-to expert for HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is clean, automated where appropriate, and aligned with how the business actually operates. You will also take ownership of user management and platform governance, overseeing access controls and permissions, and designing and delivering training to internal teams to drive consistent adoption and embed CRM best practice across the firm.

This is a hands-on role with real influence, suited to someone who enjoys improving processes, building practical automations, working closely with stakeholders, and turning data into meaningful insight and decision-making.
