Hampshire-based DCSL Software has chosen us to provide their business with ongoing legal support, following a recommendation by one of our existing clients. When Nick Thompson, Managing Director, purchased DCSL Software in 2013, the company had just 12 employees. Now, they have close to 70 members of staff and they’re still growing. They have delivered software to big name brands such as BT, Virgin Media, Lidl, Ikea and the NHS.
Commenting on the recent partnership, Nick Thompson said: “There is a huge demand for our services and, as the technology landscape evolves, so do we. In the last two years, we’ve been investing in certain client projects, as well as capital investments, and we’re now looking at further investments to grow the ‘vertical’ opportunities alongside traditional consultancy work.”

The company came on board with Harper James in August and has since worked closely with our commercial solicitor Sarah Gunton. Sarah has advised them on several customer contract negotiations, reviewed employment contracts and handbooks, and rewritten their terms and conditions.
