Callum Heap
IT Support and Training Technician
Callum works as our IT Support and Training Technician, providing technical support across the firm from our Birmingham office. This involves hardware checks, software checks, and assisting with ad-hoc tech related issues amongst other things.
Prior to joining Harper James, Callum worked for the NHS in a local vaccination centre to support his community. In addition to his usual day-to-day activities he ended up providing IT support for outreach. When the centre closed, he was keen to further his knowledge in IT, which led him to Harper James.
Outside of work, Callum plays a lot of golf to stay in touch with friends, and is a huge fan of films, constantly going to first day releases for the biggest films of the year. He is also an Aston Villa fan and has been going to games on and off for about 14 years.
