He joined the team in October 2025, bringing with him nearly three years' experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Reed. Callum also holds a Master’s degree in English Literature from the University of Huddersfield.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, writing, exploring the Peak District on hikes, and playing football whenever he can.
