Emma is the Administrator for the Client Services team. She joins Harper James with 13 years’ experience in customer and client services, with 6 years dedicated to administrative work and providing essential team assistance.
With a strong passion for customer satisfaction, Emma enjoys assisting clients and ensuring their queries are resolved as promptly as possible. As a strong team member, Emma provides further support to the Client Services team, assisting with varied administrative tasks.
Outside work, Emma enjoys spending time with her family, gardening and spending as much time outside as possible. Emma also has a strong passion for cooking, especially incorporating home grown fruit and vegetables.
