Senior Marketing Manager - Client Growth
Helle joined Harper James in 2021 as Head of Marketing, later serving as Marketing Director before taking on her current role as Senior Marketing Manager – Client Growth. She plays a key role in bringing together our marketing, account management, and legal teams to accelerate client growth and strengthen key business relationships. Helle drives strategies that help colleagues identify opportunities to add value, share knowledge, and connect clients with the expertise they need for a seamless experience. She also helps lead our approach to partnerships and referral networks, opening new channels for client growth and enhancing the service we offer.
Helle has 20+ years’ experience in legal services marketing. Prior to joining Harper James, she worked at a top 100 law firm for ten years and before that at one of the UK’s leading technology specialist law firms. She is a CIM-qualified marketing and communications professional with former management experience at Delta Air Lines.
Outside of work, Helle enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, photography, and making the most of the Welsh countryside while hiking with her husband and family dogs. Originally from Denmark, she now lives in South Wales.
