James Crisp
Finance Systems and Reporting Manager
James is our Finance Systems and Reporting Manager. He is responsible for the financial data of the company and streamlining processes and systems to drive efficiency. He identifies areas for automation within finance systems and related workflows, and spearheads projects to implement these improvements. Through data analysis and reporting he is responsible for uncovering trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement. These insights are translated into clear reports, dashboards and presentations for stakeholders ensuring data-driven decision making throughout the business.
Before joining Harper James, James worked at large international companies such as National Express and HMV, managing and reconciling their transactions. He also has experience working with smaller companies and most recently worked for a mobile communications construction company where he improved their processes and reporting for expansion.
Outside of work, James has 5 children, 4 sons and a daughter. As you can imagine, this takes up a lot of his spare time, but when he gets a moment to himself he enjoys live music with a certain affection towards tribute acts - especially when they look and sound nothing like the real artist!
