James Crisp

Transactional Finance Manager

James Crisp is our Transactional Finance Manager. He is responsible for the day to day management of our financial transactions, ensuring all transactions in and out of the company are accounted for and that the compliance and financial integrity of our accounting data are maintained. He is a key contact for finance processes and procedures, reviewing and documenting all transactions and ensuring that best practice is followed.

Before joining Harper James, James worked at large international companies such as National Express and HMV, managing and reconciling their transactions. He also has experience working with smaller companies and most recently worked for a mobile communications construction company where he improved their processes and reporting for expansion.

Outside of work, James has 5 children, 4 sons and a daughter. As you can imagine, this takes up a lot of his spare time, but when he gets a moment to himself he enjoys live music with a certain affection towards tribute acts - especially when they look and sound nothing like the real artist!
