Jenni Ferguson

Jenni joined Harper James as a Senior Corporate Solicitor in January 2024 and was promoted to Corporate Partner in February 2025.

Jenni graduated from University College London before training and qualifying with Blake Morgan in 2013. She then spent over ten years working at top 50 law firms, initially Blake Morgan and then Gateley Legal.

Jenni supports private companies, private equity investors and management teams on a broad range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, private equity transactions, venture capital investments, shareholders’ agreements, corporate reorganisations and general corporate governance matters. 

I enjoy getting to know my clients and their businesses, focussing on what is important to them and helping to guide them through the transaction process. I think my clients appreciate my friendly and approachable nature and my pragmatic approach to transactions.

When she is not working, Jenni can usually be found running around after her two young children, playing the piano or exploring the beautiful Cornish coast on her stand-up paddleboard.
