As the CRM Executive, Jenny works closely with the marketing, business development and client services teams to develop and optimise the CRM system. She is responsible for maintaining data quality and processing standards across the firm.
Before joining Harper James, Jenny gained experience within a variety of organisations from a strategic marketing consultancy to a national healthcare charity. She has a first class honours degree in psychology from UWE.
Based in Surrey, Jenny enjoys dog walks with her miniature dachshund, trips to the local pubs and a good Netflix series.
