Lisa Williams

In her role as Client Services Manager in our Client Services team, Lisa supports and nurtures relationships with our clients. She works closely with clients to ensure they have a seamless experience with us and that they receive the very best specialist legal advice from the expert legal team at Harper James.  

Lisa is a qualified lawyer and, prior to joining Harper James, worked for several years across a wide variety of legal disciplines. Before entering law, Lisa completed an English Degree, and then a Masters in Forensic Linguistics.  

On qualifying as a lawyer, Lisa specialised in employment law. During her career in private practice, Lisa spent much of her time advising SMEs and supporting them with their employment law needs. Lisa has also mentored numerous SMEs throughout her career and is passionate about supporting business owners with all aspects of running a successful business.  

Lisa has also spent several years working in legal business development and marketing, often managing large teams within law firms. She has held several director positions within the business development world and enjoys building and nurturing long lasting business relationships. 

Outside of work, Lisa likes to keep fit and particularly enjoys long walks, pilates and any form of cardio. Lisa is a classically trained singer and a pianist/song writer. She will often be found performing across various venues at weddings, concerts and charity events.
