Sarah Murray
Director - People & Operations
Sarah is our Director of People and Operations. In her dual role, she oversees the strategic development and management of our people as well as the operational efficiencies that keep Harper James moving forward. With experience at large global organisations, she specialises in people transformation, leadership development and organisational effectiveness. Sarah is a CIPD Chartered Fellow and passionate about inclusive workplaces and community impact.
She has been a regular volunteer with the CIPD Trust and Girls Network and has previously been a police cadet leader. She is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for LCSG, a Birmingham Children's Charity, using her skills to give back to the local community.
