The role you’ll play

You’ll be the first voice that ambitious business leaders hear when they reach out for legal support. That means:

  • Listening deeply to understand their business and growth plans.
  • Mapping the right Harper James service plan to their needs.
  • Working hand-in-hand with our lawyers, on-boarding, client services and marketing teams to create seamless, confidence-building journeys.
  • Owning personal targets – and having the tools, data and mentoring to smash it to unlock competitive rewards.
