Next in the spotlight is our Head of Talent Acquisition, Leah Horwood. Leah provides commercially aware in-house recruitment advice, adding value through her HR knowledge, experience and understanding of the legal market. Leah made the transition from law to recruitment in 2016, working as a recruitment consultant within a highly competitive agency environment.
Leah will play an integral part in our ambitious growth plans, where we are aiming to recruit 60+ lawyers across all of our practice areas over the next three years. Leah is looking to recruit talented lawyers into our corporate, commercial, commercial IP, commercial technology, data protection, employee incentives, financial services, commercial property, employment, intellectual property and dispute resolution teams.
