Our team have recently helped our client, Triptease, secure over £7m in funding.
Triptease is a direct booking platform for hotels all over the world, with over 12,000 now taking direct bookings via this platform.
Both BGF Ventures and Notion Capital have invested around £3.35m in the company, adding to almost £500k from their existing shareholder, Episode 1.
Our corporate solicitors reviewed and amended the necessary investment documentation, with Stephen Evans acting as the principal solicitor and assisted by trainee solicitor, Dean Goulding.
This morning, we received some kind words from COO of Triptease, James Osmond, who said:

"This Series B-round will enable us to double the size of our team over the next few months."
