It’s hard for us to believe, but Harper James has turned 10 years old this month. To mark the occasion, we sat down with our Founder and CEO, Toby Harper to take a moment and reflect on his motivations for setting up Harper James, our growth journey so far, and our ambitious plans for the future.
We have been redefining what it is to be a forward-thinking law firm since 2014, and over the last decade we have achieved incredible milestones, weathered challenges, and embraced opportunities for growth. Together with the 4,500 businesses we've had the privilege of assisting, we've turned our vision of providing excellent legal services delivered by those who enjoy a true work-life balance into a reality.
With a steadfast commitment to organic growth, we've consistently achieved 35%-40% year-on-year revenue growth, and now proudly comprise a dedicated team of over 130+ professionals. As one of Harper James’ first and longest-standing employees, Jas Bhogal, a partner in our corporate team has witnessed first-hand how the firm has evolved from the ground up.
It’s been an incredible journey from the start, to be part of such a progressive law firm and it has been amazing to see how much we have grown over the time I have been here, not just in regards to the number of people who are part of Harper James but also how much we have developed our systems and streamlined the way we work, so we have the tools to provide a more efficient service to our clients as well as making the way we work easier.
Reaching this 10-year milestone wouldn't be possible without the incredible network of people who have played a part in our journey. Our people have cultivated a remarkable culture, consistently delivering exceptional service, while our valued clients have entrusted us with their legal needs and allowed us to make a real impact on them, our communities and each other.
