In this podcast, we meet Dr Leah Totton, the Derry-born founder of award-winning ethical cosmetic clinic chain Dr Leah Clinics. Leah is well-known for winning BBC One's The Apprentice in 2013, and with it, a business partnership with Lord Alan Sugar, who co-owns her chain of beauty clinics. The interview comes in two parts: in part 1, Leah talks us through her experience of keeping her business going throughout the pandemic and the challenges she’s navigated as a founder and employer.
