We’re heading to Ideas Fest – the Glastonbury for founders and entrepreneurs!

Harper James is an official partner of Ideas Fest 2025 – the UK’s most exciting festival for founders, entrepreneurs and ambitious business minds.

Billed as the ‘Glastonbury for Entrepreneurs’, Ideas Fest isn’t your typical business event. Instead of conference and breakout rooms, there will be music, fire pits, food trucks, creative spaces and campfire chats. It’s a buzzing, open-air celebration of innovation, growth, and the brilliant people building businesses today.

What to expect at Ideas Fest

Ideas Fest takes place in Tring, Hertfordshire, on 10-11 September. The festival gives founders and entrepreneurs the space and time to connect, to learn and be inspired, through:

• World-class speakers – From founders and futurists to brand builders and big thinkers, the Ideas Fest stage is packed with people who’ve done it, are doing it, or are helping others go further.
• Inspiring stories and bold conversations – Real talk about what it takes to grow something meaningful, with insights you can actually use.
• Social and creative spaces – Whether it’s a conversation over coffee or a spark of a new collaboration, this is where ideas come to life.

Partnering with Ideas Fest was a natural choice for us. We’ll be at the festival, soaking up ideas (and hopefully not the rain) and connecting with other attendees. Our Founder and CEO, Toby Harper, will be in Wednesday’s panel, ‘Raising, Scaling and Staying Sane: A Founder’s Guide to the Long Haul’, for an unfiltered conversation about the realities of start-up life. Adam Kudryl, our Chief Legal Officer and Head of Corporate, will be moderating a panel on Thursday on how businesses can be buyer and investor-ready from day one.
