Jenni Ferguson promoted to Corporate Partner

We’re excited to announce that Jenni Ferguson has been promoted to Corporate Partner. 

Since joining Harper James in January 2024, Jenni has become an integral part of the corporate team, bringing her exceptional technical expertise to advise on a wide range of client matters. With her professional and approachable manner, Jenni builds a natural rapport with clients that ensures they feel supported and confident in her guidance. Beyond her client work, Jenni is a true team player, always ready to step up, collaborate and support the success of the entire corporate team. 

Her notable transactions in the past year include:

• Advising the former shareholders of TicketSellers on its acquisition by Citizen Ticket
• Supporting iFast in its £5M seed funding round
• Guiding a med-tech start-up through its spin-out from a top university and first funding round
• Assisting the owners of a chain of food halls to secure a new debt facility to fund a new location
• Acting for a purchaser on an acquisition of an electrical manufacturing business

Prior to joining Harper James, Jenni spent over 10 years working at top 50 law firms Blake Morgan and Gateley Legal and has experience working on corporate transactions ranging in worth from £500k up to £100m. 

Jenni has a wealth of experience supporting private companies, investors and management teams on the full spectrum of corporate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, investments, shareholders’ agreements, corporate reorganisations, banking and finance transactions and more.
