The Harper James new video series Enabling Success talks to leaders who are at the top of their game and explores the experiences and insights they’ve had along the way. Natalie Salunke has a lot to say on the subject of what success means to her. A head of legal by 27, Natalie now heads up legal for RVU, a group of online companies that work to empower consumers by helping them compare home services and financial products. As a member of the O Shaped Lawyer movement, Natalie is an impassioned believer in putting the human into the practice of law. In this candid interview, Natalie tells us why becoming successful often means an acceptance of failure, as well as reflecting on the importance of being open to taking a path that’s different to the one you imagined.
It's about being open-minded about my own failures, being authentic about them and not talking about my limitations, but how I can enable others off the back of what I've learned.
