Our fixed fee products are delivered by lawyers who understand how businesses operate in the real world, with many having worked in-house. We work efficiently, providing commercially focused advice designed to mitigate risk and maximise opportunity.
Jill has specialised in intellectual property protection, dispute resolution, brand and reputation management for over 20 years, having qualified as a solicitor in 1994. Prior to joining Harper James she was a Partner with Blake Morgan who she joined in 1999.
Lillian supports C-Suites, GCs and Privacy Offices with domestic and international data protection requirements. Her previous roles include serving as the Group Compliance Officer at a plc-listed company.
Gemma advises primarily on trade mark protection, and she is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys.
Callum is a senior corporate solicitor at Harper James, specialising in mergers and acquisitions and investments, as well as other corporate/commercial matters.
Becky is a highly knowledgeable commercial lawyer, specialising in Data Protection and Privacy Law. She can add value to a business by drawing on nearly 20 years of in-house experience.
Sam has over 20 years’ experience, specialising in the management of large property portfolios, leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, and all aspects of estate management work.
