Barik is a senior dispute resolution solicitor with over 15 years’ experience in litigation and dispute resolution. His recent experience includes substantial and complex claims involving financial investments, tax schemes and commercial loans.
Eleanor is a senior insolvency solicitor with over 20 years' specialist knowledge in all aspects of insolvency, both corporate and personal, covering contentious and non-contentious matters.
Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and advises businesses of varying sizes on dispute evaluation and resolution by litigation, negotiation, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution process.
Ian joined our dispute resolution team in 2016 and has over 25 years of experience in handling a broad range of commercial disputes.
Jo has over 12 years PQE and formerly worked for 6 years as a specialist in professional indemnity and property damage. In recent years, she has worked for smaller firms, where she has represented clients, including small and medium-sized businesses, in civil and commercial disputes.
Mark previously worked at Freeths LLP and Nabarro (which became CMS) prior to joining Harper James. His areas of expertise include complex contractual disputes, public procurement challenges, IT/Outsourcing & reputational management
