Charlotte is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer who joined Harper James in May 2022 from Irwin Mitchell.
Charlotte qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and has developed a particular interest in director/shareholder disputes and matters involving contractual issues. She has a keen eye for detail and so enjoys working on cases which are technical.

She is experienced with all forms of alternative dispute resolution and works tirelessly on behalf of her clients to achieve a commercial outcome so that all parties can move on as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Charlotte regularly delivers workshops and seminars for her clients on key contractual issues.
Outside of work, Charlotte has a keen interest in the Arts and is a non-executive director at the Civic (a theatre and Art gallery) in Barnsley. She also sits on the Council Representative panel at the Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber of Commerce which allows her to keep close to the issues that businesses in the region are facing and allows her to be part of a focus group which remedies change. Charlotte is also married and a mother to two young children which keeps her busy and on her toes!
